Aspen Grove Terrace
An outdoor ceremony spot ringed by aspens, holding up to 140 — most couples move the crowd indoors to the ballroom once the reception starts.
Timberline Room A & B
Two boardrooms that share a wall and can open into one, each seating 22 on its own, with AV built in rather than wheeled in for the day.
Cove Meeting Room
One flexible 55-person space, split by movable partitions into two smaller rooms whenever a conference needs simultaneous breakouts.
Private Dining Room
Eighteen seats inside Timber & Ash, walled off from the main dining room — a favorite for rehearsal dinners the night before a bigger event.
One Coordinator, Start to Finish
Catering, AV, florists, and floor plans all run through a single point of contact, from your first call to the morning of.

Tables, Chairs, and Linens Come With the Room
You're not starting from a bare room — standard tables, chairs, linens, and basic AV are already part of any venue booking. From there our coordinator works with you on a catering menu pulled from any of our dining rooms, plus optional add-ons like a dedicated bar setup, floral coordination, or a discounted room block for guests staying overnight.
