Timber & Ash
Dry-aged steaks and mountain game, cooked over an open wood fire with the ridge visible through the windows. Our one dining room where a reservation is genuinely worth making.
Bluewater Table
Tahoe-basin trout, foraged produce when it's in season, and a wine list that leans regional over famous-label. Fills up fast on weekends.
Sunrise Peak Café
Coffee and a made-to-order omelet bar every morning, plus a rotating dinner buffet Thursday through Sunday for anyone who'd rather not commit to a full sit-down meal.
Deck Bar
Burgers, trout tacos, and hot cider by the fire pit — the kitchen that keeps the pool deck fed through every season.
Firelight Lounge
A rooftop spot for cocktails and small plates, with live music most weekends and a clear line of sight down to the casino floor entrance below.

A trimmed-down late-night menu pulled from Timber & Ash and Bluewater Table, delivered to any room until 1 AM.

A Trout Hatchery Instead of a Distributor
Priya's team buys from a regional trout hatchery and a handful of area ranchers rather than working off a national supply contract, which is why Bluewater Table's menu shifts slightly week to week based on what actually came in. Timber & Ash ages its own beef on-site, and desserts across both dining rooms come out of our own pastry kitchen, not a freezer truck.
